FMPSD Elementary Report Card Information

As teachers work with the revised report card, they are creating new record keeping templates. Here are a few examples of templates that are being used. Please feel free to open the templates, then "save a copy" in order to edit the template to suit your needs. You will want to rename the document and put it in a folder in your Google Drive to organize it.
